Homelessness
“Sometimes it’s easy for us to ignore the homeless – to the point where they just blend into the streets themselves” working in the theme of the SAMU Social Charity's campaign I looked at help towards homelessness. I however wanted to incorporate the use of dead models to create a series of images that show homless dead people. The message I wanted to give was that us as a people who pass them on the street are by not stopping to help these people partly to blame for their death.
Their campainging also featured images of homeless people laying in graves as they would do while laying on the street. I felt that this fit in perfectly with my own homeless campaign. I felt that my favourite element of these campaign was the visual imagery and how it captures the experience of drowning or being burried and relates it to the experience of sleeping on a street where no one is willing to help.
